Bayanteeg JCS

Bayanteeg JSC is a thermal coal mining company operating the Bayanteeg Coal Mine in Nariinteel soum, Uvurkhangai Province, Mongolia. Established in 1962, the Company is one of Mongolia's longest-operating coal producers, with more than six decades of mining experience. The mine contains approximately 29.6 million tonnes of coal reserves and has supplied thermal coal to central and western Mongolia for decades, supporting households, public institutions, and industrial consumers. Bayanteeg JSC conducts open-pit mining and focuses on maintaining reliable coal production while improving operational efficiency, environmental management, and workplace safety. Through its long operating history, established infrastructure, and stable regional market, the Company continues to contribute to Mongolia's regional energy supply and sustainable mining development.
