Jade Gas Holdings Limited is an Australian energy company focused on the exploration, development, and production of coal bed methane (CBM) in Mongolia. The Company was listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) in 2021 and operates its flagship Tavantolgoi XXXIII Coal Bed Methane Project in the South Gobi through its subsidiary Methane Gas Resource LLC, a joint venture with Erdenes Methane LLC. In addition to the Tavantolgoi project, Jade holds exploration permits in Baruun Naran, Shivee Gobi, and Eastern Gobi, supporting its strategy to supply cleaner domestic natural gas and contribute to Mongolia's energy transition.
