Ard Investment Group JSC, formerly Khuvsgul JSC, was founded in 1972 and listed on the Mongolian Stock Exchange in July 1992 in the exchange's Category III. Following a resolution of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on 22 September 2025, the company was renamed and its ticker changed from HVL to AIG, confirmed by Financial Regulatory Commission Resolution No. 19 of 22 January 2026. It is led by CEO Ch. Ganhuyag, with headquarters in Central Tower on Sukhbaatar Square, Ulaanbaatar.
