Premium Nexus JSC

Premium Nexus JSC operates the CU convenience store chain in Mongolia, the country's largest, and is listed on the Mongolian Stock Exchange under the ticker CUMN. Formerly named Central Express CVS JSC, it IPO'd in 2021 with 165 stores and had expanded to 495 by September 2025, employing over 3,400 people across Ulaanbaatar and rural aimags. CU is franchised from BGF Retail of South Korea, which also holds an 8.31% equity stake. The company won Retail Asia Awards' "Convenience Store of the Year – Mongolia" in 2024 and reached sustained profitability in 2024 after several years of expansion-driven losses.
