London, United Kingdom – [October 22, 2025] — The Mongolia Investment Forum: London 2025 successfully concluded at the London Stock Exchange (LSE), marking a milestone event that showcased Mongolia’s dynamic investment landscape to the global financial community and opened new avenues for international collaboration.
Hosted annually by CMM – Capital Markets Mongolia, this year’s forum was held in London for the first time, bringing together over 120 participants, including senior investors, policymakers, and global partners.
The forum was officially opened by Charlie Walker, Deputy CEO of the LSE; Fiona Blyth, His Majesty’s Ambassador to Mongolia and B. Enkhsukh Battumur, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the UK; underscoring the growing importance of bilateral and capital market cooperation between Mongolia and the United Kingdom.
Togmid Dorjkhand, Deputy Prime Minister of Mongolia, gave a keynote speech on Mongolia’s energy reform and opportunities amid global energy transition.
The program featured four keynote speeches and two panel discussions focusing on two key themes:
- Global Energy Transition: Opportunities in Mongolia

The forum attracted significant attention from leading financial institutions. UK-based asset managers, including BNP Paribas, Ashmore, Aon, Pictet, Mobius, and Bradshaw, as well as global investment banks such as JPMorgan and Morgan Stanley, were among the active participants — reflecting strong international investor interest in Mongolia’s evolving capital markets and investment opportunities.
A major highlight of the forum was the successful listing of InvesCore Financial Group (ICFG) on the London Stock Exchange, marking a historic milestone as one of the first Mongolian financial institutions to be listed on an international exchange. The achievement underscores the growing maturity and international integration of Mongolia’s financial sector.
In addition, the forum discussions highlighted Golomt Bank’s potential listing on the LSE, which would represent a significant step forward in expanding Mongolia’s presence in global capital markets and enhancing investor access to the country’s financial services sector.
