Mongolia Investment Forum: Singapore 2025 Successfully Concludes, Showcasing Growing Global Interest in Mongolia’s Capital Markets
Singapore – November 20, 2025 — The second annual Mongolia Investment Forum: Singapore 2025 concluded successfully, reinforcing Mongolia’s rising profile in global capital markets and its growing appeal to international investors.
Hosted by CMM – Capital Markets Mongolia, the Forum returned to Singapore for the second year and brought together around 150 participants, including Mongolian corporates, global investors, bankers, and international partners.
The event was officially opened by H.E. Enkhbayar Sosorbaram, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the Republic of Singapore.
With StoneX Group as Global Partner, Frontier Strategies as Strategic Partner, and Golomt Bank as Sponsor—alongside the support of the Embassy of Mongolia in Singapore—the Forum was delivered with strong collaboration and broad industry engagement.
Strong Investor Interest in Mongolia’s Fixed Income and FDI Opportunities
This year’s Forum centered on foreign direct investment and fixed-income opportunities, drawing significant attention to Mongolia’s USD 5 billion sovereign and corporate bond market. Investor sentiment was notably positive following Mongolia’s upgrade to double-B territory (BB-) for the first time in 13 years, supported by robust macroeconomic fundamentals.
Mongolia’s Q3 GDP growth of 5.9%, exceeding expectations, further strengthened the investment outlook.

Broad Participation from Mongolian Corporates and Global Institutions
Over 20 Mongolian companies took part in this year’s Forum, including major international bond issuers such as:
- Mongolian Mining Corporation
- Golomt Bank
- Mongolian Mortgage Corporation (MIK)
Corporate pitches from Monlogistics Holding and ICFG attracted investor attention, highlighting the growing pipeline of Mongolian issuers looking to access international capital debt and equity markets.
On the global side, approximately 100 participants joined from leading financial institutions, including:
- Global investment banks such as Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank and DBS Bank
- Global asset managers including Prudence, UBS Asset Management, BlackRock, UOBKH, Eightstone, Arkkan, Abele, TCW Group, Ashmore, Tribeca Investment, Aegis, among others
The high-caliber participation reflects deepening global engagement and growing institutional interest in Mongolia’s economic and capital-market development.

Strengthening Mongolia’s Position as an Emerging Investment Destination
The successful conclusion of the Forum highlights Mongolia’s emergence as an increasingly attractive investment destination and underscores the commitment of CMM and its partners to fostering international connectivity. Future editions of the Mongolia Investment Forum, held annually in Singapore, New York, London, and Shanghai, will continue to expand Mongolia’s global investor base and support its long-term market development.
