- This marks the third ABS issuance backed by Omni Capital NBFI LLC, through its wholly owned subsidiary Omni Asset 2 SPE. Asset-Backed Securities are low-risk, fixed-income investment instruments and are publicly traded on the Mongolian Stock Exchange, making them accessible to all investors.
