Refund and Cancellation Policy

Capital Markets Mongolia LLC· Effective 27 October 2026· Last updated 27 October 2026

  1. Summary

    • You can cancel any time. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
    • You can get a full refund within 14 days of any payment, including a renewal. You don't need to give a reason.
    • If we charge you by mistake, we refund it whenever you tell us.
  2. 01What This Policy Covers

This policy covers CMM Pro, monthly or annual, bought on capitalmarkets.mn, including at the Founding Subscriber Rate. A plan is a subscription to digital content and services. Nothing physical is shipped.

CMM Institutional follows the organization's proposal or signed agreement. Where the agreement doesn't cover refunds or cancellation, this policy applies.

Free trials and complimentary access cost nothing, so there's nothing to refund. Registering for a CMM event through the Platform is free too, including a subscriber's guaranteed place. Event rules are in our Event Terms and Code of Conduct.

  3. 02Cancelling

You can cancel any time from your account's billing page, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep your plan's features until the end of the period you've already paid for, then your account returns to a free account. Cancelling deletes nothing: your saved articles, watchlist, introduction requests and question history stay in your account and are available again if you re-subscribe. Cancelling ends the Founding Subscriber Rate (see our Terms of Service, Section 10.12).

Plans renew automatically. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date. For annual plans, we email you at least 7 days before the renewal date with the amount. If you're on the Founding Subscriber Rate, we email you at least 30 days before the regular price applies.

  4. 03Refunds

    • 14 days, no reason needed. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment, including a renewal. You don't have to give a reason.
    • After 14 days. Payments aren't refunded after 14 days, including part-way through an annual plan, except as set out below and in section 4. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
    • Our mistakes. If you're charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or can't use the Platform for more than 3 days in a row through our fault, we'll refund the affected amount, whenever you tell us.
    • Access that doesn't switch on. If your payment is confirmed but your plan doesn't switch on within 24 hours, contact us and we'll fix it or refund you in full.
    • Misuse. We may refuse a refund where we see clear signs of abuse, such as repeated buy-and-refund cycles or bulk downloading of paid content before a refund request.
    • What happens after a refund. A refunded plan ends when the refund is issued, and your account returns to a free account.
  5. 04If Your Account Ends

If we suspend or close your account without cause, or stop offering your plan, we refund the unused part of your current billing period. If we close your account because you broke our Terms of Service, including by sharing your login or redistributing paid content, we don't refund the remaining period.

  6. 05How to Ask for a Refund

    • Use the refund option on your billing page, or
    • Email info@capitalmarkets.mn with your account email and the payment date.

If a reseller was the merchant of record for your order (see below), you can also ask the reseller directly, using the link in your receipt email. Either way, you get the same refund rights.

Timing. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the card or account you paid with within 10 business days. Your bank may take longer to show it.

Who sold you your plan. Checkout shows which payment provider handles your order before you pay, and your receipt names it. Either CMM is the seller and a payment provider processes the payment for us, or an authorized online reseller is the merchant of record and handles the payment, taxes, billing and refunds for that order under its own buyer terms.

    Our payment providers:

    • Bonum, a licensed payment service provider in Mongolia. CMM is the seller.
    • Paddle. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders made through Paddle. Paddle's Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/buyers) apply to those orders, and you can contact Paddle about them at paddle.net.
  7. 06Charges You Don't Recognize

Contact us (or the merchant of record named on your receipt) before you dispute a charge with your bank. It's usually faster. If you file a chargeback, we may pause paid features while it's open.

  8. 08Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we post the new version here with a new "Last Updated" date. Changes don't apply to payments made before the change.
